Within the Aqua Comms Operations team, this role will lead Operational Customer Service Management, providing ITIL standard incident, problem and change management support for all customers connected across the Aqua Comms subsea and international terrestrial networks.

The Sales Solution Architect role forms part of our Professional Service and Infrastructure Development Team. This team is responsible for driving more complex solutions related to customer requirements underpinned with the Aqua Comms product set and key services.
As a graduate you will be part of the Operations and Engineering Group which is responsible for the development, architecture and evolution of all platforms including Operations of all related services and customers. This will provide exposure to setting technology strategy and how to respond to all network build and operational activities. You will become a technical expect and have the opportunity to get deep insight into the layers (Subsea, datacentre, fibre, transmission and systems) required to build out an international transport network.
